Sunshine Cabin is ready to provide you with a peaceful stay!

The Sunshine cabin offers everything you need for a few days to a few weeks! We will start with the views from the expansive deck with views of the French Broad River, a hot tub always ready to go, and plenty of areas to sit and relax or dine outside.
When you enter the cabin it offers a full kitchen stocked with all cookware, dishes, silverware, paper towels and dishsoap/pods, and laundry detergent. A drip coffee pot (filters provided), dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, full refridgerator and washer/dryer. Our living space comes with wifi that you can stream all of your subscriptions via ROKU, games, electric fireplace and minisplit you can adjust to your liking. It also offers a beautiful view and access to the front deck.
We have two sleeping spaces, the primary bedroom offering a very comfortable king size bed with plenty of pillows and under bed storage and hang up storage as well. There are two fresh robes waiting for you as well! Our second sleeping space is the loft overlooking the living room, ladder access and a queen size mattress perfect for your 3rd and fourth guests.
