Nice and quiet, close to everything in town

We had a great stay. Our favorite part was sitting on the back deck overlooking the creek just watching and listening to the water. We also loved that we were in walking distance to everything in town so we hardly drove at all once we got the Boat House.

Perfect weekend getaway

Charming accommodation right on Spring Creek within walking distance to everything. Perfect place for relaxation and rejuvenation. Going to sleep with the sounds of the creek was magical. This will be our spot to go to in Hot Springs from now on.

Great Room - Very Peaceful

We loved our stay. Sitting on the big back porch seeing & hearing creek flowing was an added bonus. Walking distance to great restaurants & a few shops. The room was very clean & fully stocked with basic needs.

Cute Tiny House

The Boathouse is super cute! It was clean and well-stocked with necessities. The proximity to town and restaurants is a huge added bonus. The deck overlooking Spring Creek is quiet and soothing.

We really enjoyed the boathouse! Best part was the back deck! I only gave communication one star because I tried messaging the owner twice prior to our trip to ask a question, and I never got a response.

Great Location

Comfortable one room suite. Located right in the center of Hot Springs. Very clean and functional. The only issues we had were the refrigerator did not work and the toilet needs work. Highly recommend this rental.

Location was great with access to restaurants and shopping. The creek was charming. However this place needs a thorough cleaning. Ants, dirt, dust and feces on the tp holder is a start. Missed a freezer and if only the porch fan had worked...

Lovely little creek side hideaway

Loved the sounds of the creek off the back deck. I can’t think of any amenities that were missing, other than maybe a toaster (or perhaps I just missed it). The bed was comfy with the right amount of support for me. The only thing I craved while there was my recliner rocker. Maybe you guys can add one in the future!

Just what I needed!

I visit Hot Springs several times a year to get away from the hustle and bustle, enjoy nature at its finest, and take a break from the real world! I've stayed at a few different places and this is my favorite! It is so nice to be able to walk to the restaurants and shops. It is an adorable space and extremely clean! My favorite part is the beautiful deck overlooking Spring Creek. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing place with others! I will be back!

Issues with fridge

Refrigerator is not working at all, odor from the septic when using kitchen sink. Everything else was wonderful and enjoyed the visit. Great location!

The cottage was nice and in a great location to walk around hot springs and centrally located to do multiple activities in the area to include hot springs, hiking lovers leap and whitewater rafting. Highly recommend to stay at.

The Boat House is a beautiful clean cottage with modern amenities on the bank of Spring Creek. The rear doors open up to a large, covered deck that overlooks Spring Creek. You can hear the mountain stream sounds of Spring Creek from the living room and deck. The Boat House is located in the middle of Hot Springs and a short walk to everything; however, is private and quiet. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Relaxing two-night stay

My wife and I own property nearby and wanted to support Hot Springs after the devastating flood last year. The Boat House was a small, cozy rental that was perfect for my wife and me. It was very clean and we were very satisfied. Hot Springs is coming back to life but it needs visitors to support its businesses.
