Unit 19 is an upper-floor unit with two full beds, a four-seat dining table, and a comfortable sofa where guests can rest and watch the flatscreen TV. It also features glass sliders, allowing natural light inside to create an airy atmosphere and an updated kitchen that is equipped with cooking basics such as a two-burner cooktop, coffeemaker, and microwave. Free wifi, basic toiletries, linens, and towels are provided to ensure guests are comfortable connected during their stay.

Stunning lake views await guests on the private covered patio overlooking the lake. It is the perfect early morning coffee spot as well as a relaxing area in which to read or play games. The community pavilion with charcoal grills, a swim dock, and covered boat dock are just a short walk away.

The Hamilton community rests on Lake Hamilton’s shores. It boasts both relaxation and adventure as it is centrally located to both national parks and casino resorts ready to occupy visitors during their stay. An amusement park is also nearby for anyone who feels like adding a bit of adrenaline to their day.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
