Boardwalk for boat tie up as well as a pool just off the back patio. This condo has all you need. What a great condo and a great stay! Sheila provides everything that you need to be comfortable, and the location is so close to shopping and attractions. This is such a great place to call home when visiting Hot Springs. Can't wait to return!

Great location. Nice condo. If we come back to Hot Springs would probably stay here. Only thing we were disappointed in was we thought we would have a better view of the lake from the condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

2nd time staying here. My brother and I have come the last 2 years for a golf trip. Cannot beat this place for the money. Close to everything. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were answered immediately by the owner. Hopefully we get this place again next year!

Feels like home

Comfortable, cozy, clean and well stocked. It’s apparent that the owner is involved in maintaining this property because it’s not worn out and has the fine touches of a host that cares like good towels and sheets. We stayed mid October (off season/pool closed) and it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Lake views, pool view, easy access, short drive to everything from food to attractions. The only small downside is that the 2 bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom and are a thin wall apart. Hope it’s available when we return.
