Water’s Edge Hideaway

​We would love to welcome you to Water’s Edge Hideaway. This cozy condominium was created in the hopes of both native Arkansans as well as those visiting from afar to be a place to hideaway and escape the everyday craziness of life. What better place to rest and relax than next to the water’s edge?
​This beautiful retreat features a private bedroom, as well as a second loft bedroom. The open floor concept makes this hideaway cozy, yet spacious with a full size living room, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious dining area to eat and play games (some of which are provided). The décor is light and airy full of trinkets and treasures new and old to add to the lake theme. Additionally, our property features a beautiful patio view of the boardwalk next to the water’s edge making the perfect place to sip on your coffee to watch the early morning sun rise or relax to watch our beautiful southern sunsets.
​If it’s a trip to visit the downtown spas or horse races, a weekend getaway to the lake in the summer or just an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Water’s Edge Hideaway is the place for you! Beautiful Lakehouse

This place was beautiful! Out on the lake in a great gated community yet away from the fast paced city. Most stores, shops 20 minutes away but small town eatery near by.

We stayed here our last night in Arkansas. Nice, right on the lake. Got to see around 30 geese on the water along with quite a few boats.

Perfect getaway

Our family stayed at the lake house for several days and found it so relaxing. The guys were at the lake first thing in the morning and every single evening trying to catch some fish, although they didn’t have as much lucky as they hoped. Lol.The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner at the house a few times while we were there which was really nice. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

Perfect wedding night condo.

Stayed here the night of my wedding. It was the perfect little spot. We loved the loft and the backyard. The property was clean and all lit up for us when we got there. Would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful, peaceful getaway on the river

We loved this little place! It was nice to have the extra bedroom upstairs to give us a little more space. We enjoyed the outdoor space so much, with the table and chairs that allowed us to sit and take in all the beauty. The stars were so bright at night because it's just far away enough from town to see them.

Great getaway from the noise.

Great location for a quiet getaway! The water is 20 feet from the back porch and a good spot for swimming and fishing. We found the games to be a great addition for family fun. Only thing that I would suggest for over the top is a small fire pit out back too for roasting marshmallows or hot dogs. Overall, a great spot to have a little getaway.

Great stay. Decent place to put in paddle boards.

The bedroom down stairs got a little hot at night but other than that, this is a great place to come check out! Everything was clean and tidy. Our purpose for being there was to find somewhere to paddle board. The board walk there along the river bank is well up kept and made for an easy transfer to and from the water. Fishing was also pretty decent from the board walk as well.

Water’s edge hideaway

The property was lovely, and we definitely plan to book again. Upon arrival, we noticed a few small things missing that were mentioned in the welcome message—there were no bottles of water in the refrigerator, and the sugar packet for coffee was old and hardened, which made our morning coffee a bit tricky. Additionally, the water pressure was quite low, though that might be an issue affecting the entire property.Aside from those minor details, it was a great place to relax and enjoy peaceful mornings with a cup of coffee and a beautiful river view

Nice spot

We had a great stay here. The condo is in a nice quiet area on the river and not too far from activites nearby. We had a fantastic trip to Garvan Woodland Gardens and enoyed fishing and swimming.
