Economy 4 bedroom, 2 bath town home with living room, dining area, master bedroom, master bath on entry level. Full sized stove, refrigerator and dishwasher in kitchen. Glassed porch upstairs, screened porch downstairs, economy furnishings, 2 TV'S on entry level and 1 VCR/DVD. Full sized washer and dryer on lower level. Queen in master bedroom, full sized bed in second bedroom downstairs, 2 twins in third bedroom and full sized bed in fourth bedroom. Walk to indoor/outdoor pool at the Coronado Center. No grill available. Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 15 miles north of Hot Springs. Enjoy golf, fishing, swimming, tennis and hiking trails in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains. This townhome is in Coronado Courts and is walking distance to Coronado Center & Library, Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, Fuel Stop and restaurants.

Peaceful

quiet and peaceful. Plenty room for kids to have their own space and get away from each other. Spent some time at lake balboa so the kids could swim. Overall satisfied with stay other than once we arrived I walked downstairs to check out the bedrooms and once I cleared the bottom steps I stepped into a sopping wet carpet in front of the AC (drain was clogged) not sure who it falls on but called the office within 5 minutes of arriving and let them know the carpet was soaked and she replies with “we thought the issue got fixed SRRy” had it not been for that issue I would recommend this place if you don’t mind the place being outdated and very reasonable on price.
