The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all used towels and linens (sheets and pillowcases) and place them on the floor downstairs next to the washing machine. Place remotes in respective holders on the wall located in each room.
All trash is in trash bags & placed in the trash cans outside the front door to the right of the house. Ensure lids are closed and latched. Turn off all lights.
Clean up after your pets. Also, please keep them on a leash when walking them outside. This is a strict leash environment. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
