Take in the Balboa Lake views (not a lake front property) and Quachita Mountains in the distance from the entirety of the back of this home. Enjoy breakfast or dinner on the covered deck or sit in an adirondack chair and soak up the sun from the uncovered portion of the deck. Spacious yet cozy for a couple or bring your group of 8.
