Mehrfacher Wasserschaden, geringe Sauberkeit und dunkle Innenräume. Eine Wohnung, die in diesem Zustand eigentlich nicht hätte vermietet werden dürfen…

Mauvais coordination

Nous avons 5 adultes 2 enfants de 5 ans quand on avait arrivé l’appartement étais loué j’ai dû dormir dans ma voiture et grâce au M Léo qui nous avait proposé un chambre pour les femmes et mes enfants dans son appartement on serait trouvé dans la rue . La société Abritel ce pas sérieux !!

ATTENTION SURBOOKING LOCATION

J ai eu la très désagréable surprise d apprendre 2 jours avant notre arrivée que notre location avait été aussi louée à d autres personnes par le proprietaire. Fort heureusement, la personne responsable des clés a démélé ce qui aurait pu etre catastrophique pour nous car nous nous retrouvions sans logis. Donc ATTENTION à ce proprietaire qui manque de rigueur dans son planning de reservation.

Pas propre

+ Location très bien située, spacieuse et jardin très bien, gérant serviable. - malheureusement pas propre, plein de mouches à l’arrivée, mauvaise odeur, besoin au moins d’un nettoyage de fond, voir peinture, etc. Et aussi vmc très bruyant et pas possible de l’arrêter. Je ne recommande pas pour ceux dont la propreté est un critère important.

un séjour qui aurait du êtres sympa mais!!!!!

Très mécontente de ce séjour revoir l'annonce ? Nous devions prendre le logement samedi a 14 h après un appel téléphonique qui a été bref on nous annonce que nous devons arriver a 16h . Nous arrivons a 16h30 et surprise le ménage n'est en cours , 1 er point ou je ne satisfaite. Le ménage !!! tout les placards sont sales les murs pleins de moutons et je passe... Lundi nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir une inondation dans le logement les canalisations des WC étaient bouchées, une odeur nauséabonde dans l'appartement, avec la vase du marteau piqueur pour la journée de mardi . donc résumé a ne pas recommander .

Pratique et bien situé

Logement pratique et bien situé. Literie confortable, grande tv, tables et chaises en nombre. Dommage que l'annonce ne précisait pas pour le linge présent, je n'avais pas pu avoir de réponse claire à ce sujet. De même pensez à préciser qu'il y a les équipements petit-déjeuner (senseo etc..) c'est toujours un plus. Finitions et ménage à revoir pour les petits détails mais très acceptable pour un week-end ou des vacances.

Appréciation villa Simone

Appartement sympatique et très bien situé. Il serait bien de reprendre les finitions : des volets qui s'ouvrent mal, des vis saillantes à certains endroits ... La fourniture du linge n'était pas précisée dans l'annonce et le propriétaire ne m'a pas répondu clairement sur ce sujet.

Merveilleuses vacances en famille

Houlgate est une très jolie ville ,la maison y est très bien située, à quelques enjambées de la plage et des commerces. Un très bon accueil. Le seul bémol est la propreté ,peu être que le responsable devrait en discuter avec son personnel.

propriété très bien située et accueil par le gardien nickel en revanche, l'équipement est rudimentaire (pas d'éplucheur, pas de couteau à huitres, parasol HS….) et la propreté générale est très moyenne.

Quelques éléments de cette location viennent dégrader l'impression d'ensemble : literie sur planche de bois grinçante, lave vaisselle mal entretenu, pas de grille-pain, peu de casseroles. Ceci dit le logement est grand, bien chauffé, l’accueil très serviable, et le grand jardin est certainement agréable en été (nous y étions à Toussaint).

Cet appartement est très agréable, donnant sur un jardin, à deux pas de tous commerces, et plage. Pas besoin de véhicule pour se déplacer. Propre et fonctionnel. C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons cet appartement, nous reviendrons très certainement. Un accueil des plus sympathique à notre arrivée, merci. Manuelap.
