Magnificent 88m² chalet that can accommodate up to 6 people with a view of the lake, a true cocoon for a peaceful vacation.
Quiet and set back from the road, you are just a few meters from a cycle path providing safe access to the lake, the port, and the town center. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and the main room, a first bedroom with a 140cm double bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with two double beds (one 140cm and one 160cm) with storage, and a second bathroom.
The exterior features a large wooden terrace to fully enjoy the Hourtin sunshine and allow you to enjoy your meals.
