"Loved our last minute stay here. Wonderful helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The view from the swimming pool was amazing!

"The personel is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Their food also real good. The building is beautifull.
The frontside, with a view is only for appartements i was told. I did not sleep well cause of an itchy bed, and a very, very noisey morning. This made it a bad excperience, feeling really tired before hiking the montblanc haha"
"We got stuck in traffic so arrived very late to the property. The communication with the property was great.
It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets
The apartment was very tired
It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy. "
"Already reported that WiFi code can only be obtained at the reception and that the reception is a good wslk uphill and cannot be reached by (internal) telephone and eternal phone is not answered. Getting a warm shower meant that you need to wait 10 minutes before the hot water reaches the nice shower. Once hot it is hot. "

Top House of the Winter Games Hotel Reviews
Base Camp Lodge - Albertville
10/10 Excellent
"Right off the highway, so fits the name as a great place to have as your base"
"Well once I'd found the place, Hotels.com directions via linked map were incorrect and took me to the wrong location via a logging track up another mountainside some 20km away, it was lovely. Apartment was clean and modern and the views were stupendous. And the food and service at Le Petit Montagnard were beautifully authentic."
