"We recently stayed at this casino hotel and overall had a great experience. The room itself was very nice—we stayed in a double queen room, and it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the bathroom setup was a bit of a downside. The shower doors are frosted glass, which still shows the silhouette of the person inside. There’s also a gap in the door, along with a mirror positioned on the adjacent wall that allows visibility into that opening. If you’re traveling with friends or family (rather than a partner), this can make things pretty uncomfortable and lacks privacy. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. We ate at the 209 Sports Bar and were pleasantly surprised—the food was really good. We had the fish and chips, steak nachos, and Cajun Alfredo, and all of it was delicious. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. At one point, my son had an allergy attack, and the front desk quickly provided allergy medicine and assistance, which we really appreciated. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the bathroom door/privacy issue. Fix that, and it would be perfect!"

"Very noisy. 7 people in the room next door intended for four. Also had five boys. Yelled s and banged until after 11/39 then started fussing at 4:00 am. I left early. Thin walls. Old linens. Bed didn’t smell clean. Pillows should be trashed! I will not return. "

"We rented a small, older cottage when we were in town. The staff are wonderful, looks like they are cleaning up an older place they bought."

"The commode is TOO LOW for adults. especially with a mobility situation, e.g. I use a cane. The commode would be a better height for an elementary school. "

"We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room and bathroom were. The outside is old and dated but kept well, but the inside has been updated and was lovely. The bed was comfortable. Our room had a fridge inside too. Our only problem was getting the heater to work in our room. Should have called maintenance before it got so late, so we had to pile on the clothes til morning, lesson learned. This is a wonderful place to stay."

"Since we were on the bottom floor the guests above us were being very disrespectful and disruptive as we were all in bed ready to sleep at 10 pm with little children after a long day being out playing in the snow. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the first floor especially if the walking noise back and forth bother you bc it was loud and bothered us. We called the front desk 2x and the guests above never answered their calls just to show what type of people they are. Eventually they went to bed but it was like 2 hours later and the front desk staff didn’t do much to fix the problem. Everything else was ok. "
