"From the moment we rolled through the clean, well-kept parking lot and walkways of this little motel I knew we were going to be ok.
The staff was friendly. The rooms were immaculate. There's clean in a motel of this age then there's the kind of pristine clean I saw. Every surface, every nook and cranny, the bathtub and bathroom sink, the floors were all spotless. There were nice extra touches like the group of shelves in bathtub area for towels and the guest's personal items when using bathtub. The bathtub, toilet floor and walls had been remodeled beautifully and were bright white with a lovely blue-green wall color. There's a small refrigerator and microwave and great lighting. Just bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
I could go on and on but my point to this reciew is to emphasize that if you're searching for a nearby place to stay if you're going to an Ole Miss football game or just an excellent little place to lay your head for a night or two this is your place. My husband hunts in that area so I'll definitely be back. Bravo American Inn! "

"Nice property and will stay again. However upon check in the front desk took my credit card as most do for incidentals and charged for my room again. Stating they never saw where I paid through Expedia. So it’ll be a week or so getting those charges refunded. Other than the walls being paper thin that I had to listen to kids running around at midnight. It’s a nice place to stay. Ambiance of the restaurant was a hit as well. "

"Great place with an awesome view. We booked to go to the Miss State/Georgia game and it was just a short drive away. Got to visit my hometown of West Point as well. Wish we had the time to bring the boat and tour the Tenn-Tom."

"The room was clean for this older hotel. Although the clerk was a total smart ass, it was great for a night.
His advice. Never leave your room key in the room or we will charge you! There was a list of items written on the desk.
