"The breakfast, lunch and dinner was the only positive experience I had at this hotel.. The beds was like sleeping on wood. The pillows were to soft. The cleaning staff didn’t do a good job of cleaning the rooms. And my room was not ready when I arrived. I have to wait over 5 hour for my room before I was allowed to check in.. They when I asked for a little more time for late check out, they refused to grant my request..! Not a good experience at all.! "
