Great property with fresh paint and new tile throughout. Large entryway with built-in desk!

The garage was renovated to add a 4th bedroom and large utility room. New fridge, microwave, and stove, washer, and dryer. The fenced-in backyard is nice size and has a storage shed.

5 minutes from Walmart, HEB, Kroger, and restaurants and banks. 20 minutes from Bush Intercontinental!. 35 mins from downtown Houston, TX..
