"In Its' day this place was a showplace. It is still very nice with the largest lobby that I have seen maybe ever. The hotel is a bit tired. It will be a massive undertaking to bring it up to where it was in its prime. Bar was good. Food looked really good. Outdoor pool was large and clean. I paid a fair rate. It was a good value. "

"The room was not ready at 3 pm. There was a very large crowd of people waiting in a very small lobby without enough seating for their rooms. I had to wait until 4:30pm to get the room. The shuttle to the hospital is advertised, but is either not available or too slow to arrive, so I used an Uber. The staff are not interested to help. The hotel is also showing signs of aging even though it is almost new. The bed linen was fraying and the towels were old. "

"They made check in extremely difficult and not helpful. Parking was confusing and garage smelled awful. Definitely not worth the price."
