There is a $250 fee if you smoke in the unit or if the unit smells like smoke. We do not allow smoking of any kind.
Early Check-in and Check-out is available upon request. Early Check-in is for an additional fee of $20 per hour and late Check-out is $50 per hour

***Do NOT approach or contact the leasing office staff for any questions regarding parking, amenities access, and how to get to the unit please reach out directly to your host Paul.
***IMPORTANT. Please do not loose the door fob key and 2 pool bracelets. There is a $450.00 dollar fine for each item that isn’t returned or lost. Total $1,350. Our apartment complex is very strict with its residents loosing key fobs or pool bracelets. Please do not lose them and place them back where you retrieved them. Thank you!
*** We do NOT allow any packages or mail to be shipped to this address.
***Pool will be closed every Monday for a scheduled cleaning!
