Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. You’ll absolutely loove the vitamin C aromatherapy shower head with water pressure boost. 🚿🍊



This is a newly remodeled guest house sitting on a large property that I recently took over with 10 other units, which include trailer homes, a home and a duplex that I will remodel next.



We are in the middle of cleaning up & remodeling the entire property so please pardon our dust but the unit itself is clean, private, quiet & peaceful. 🕊️



If you’re looking for a nice place at a great deal close to the city then this is a bargain!

The unit is in the backyard of a large trailer park style property with a home & several trailer homes. Although the unit is nice, cozy and peaceful, the exterior property is still a work in progress as we slowly turn all units into Airbnbs. If you have specific preferences or are particular about certain things then this place may not be for you.

Nice, fairly cheap place with close access to highway.

As advertised he gave us a deal because it was a work in progress. The outside area definately needs work but it is exactlty as he advertised. Inside it was clean inside, no bugs, adequate kitchen/stove/fridge. We had one issue with water and he immediatlt came out to fix it.
