Automatic gate does not close on its own and must be closed manually using the remote upon entry and exit. All doors & windows must remain closed and locked at all times.
Smoking/vaping and illegal drug use is NOT allowed anywhere within the property boundaries. Exterior cameras monitor the property 24/7. No parties allowed. Guests will be removed without refund.
No pets, except service animals as required by applicable law. Unauthorized pets are a violation, and guests are responsible for resulting cleaning, flea treatment, damage repair, and related costs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music after 10:00 PM, and no outdoor activities after 11:00 PM.
