Our stay was great! The fashion show was fun, the pool was lovely, and our room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and gave us fantastic recommendations for exploring Houston. The bar food was good however the bar manager was a bit rude. Despite this, we had an overall wonderful experience.

I would give it 0 stars. I booked this property months before my teen daughter birthday thinking that it would be a nice place for her and her friends (as well as myself while I oversee them). I arrived to something similar to a freaknik beach party full of adults in bikini's. Front desk informed me that no one under 18 could be allowed in the pool due to the event. None of this was said on the booking which was a complete waste of my time. I asked for a refund since we booked this for the pool overall and I was told no refunds by the woman at the front desk as well as, expedia called and spoke to the manager johnathan who declined to refund me as well. They tried to offer me a hour of pool time the next MORNING at 11am when the pool open knowing that I would have checked out at 12 noon. I had to call expedia several times, got connected to a manager who then processed my full refund and a generous incentive just for going through the hassle with this hotel on my daughters birthday. I want to add, the rooms smell of smoke/weed. The stairs unleveled. Overall, 0 rating and I highly do not recommend. Run!!!! DO NOT BOOK unless you want to party all night and see ass everywhere.

The room is unsafe, with human feces in the toilet, no cold water, and a non-functional door lock. The exterior is cluttered with tires, construction materials, and drug/alcohol paraphernalia. I demand a full refund immediately. Failure to comply will result in escalation to American Express and the local police. Definitely not impressed by the property. This is a dive motel not a hotel at all. Rooms were dirty, many drunk young people and hotel did not feel safe at all. We ended up not staying here as we were concerned for our personal safety

When arrived and checked into our room, we noticed the room was very dirty. We requested for a new room. They give us room 305 which the door was broken and didn’t lock properly. Then we go stuck in the room for about 5 minutes. One of the staff member was very rude! We requested a refund, which she gave us a hard time but then the staff member who originally checked us in was again to assist. I was charged twice!! Before receiving refund
