The breakfast was hot and fresh. I was able to do late check out which helped a lot. Easy parking and hotel staff was quick and efficient. My body sank in that bed and I was SO relaxed. Very nice. Totally coming back

Our room was nice. The noise from upstairs and our neighbors were heard but not the worst. The bed wasn't all that comfortable but the pillows were good. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Being able to have/make meals in our room was definitely a plus. Couldn't enjoy the pool bc the chlorine was overwhelming and burning our eyes. But overall we had a good stay

The suites were very large and beds very comfortable. Especially liked the large refrigerator. We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was not as good as expected. Would have liked to have waffle maker and cereal options. The cookies in the afternoon were a nice surprise. Will definitely stay here again as it is close to family. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel.

Had a cancelled flight on the previous day, and had prepaid. Didn't realize I needed to check in. Hotel staff and manager kindly accommodated and understood the situation, and allowed us to complete the rest of our stay. Extremely helpful staff, and they remembered me. Hotel room was always fantastic, and nice and clean, kitchenette and bathroom. Will definitely be my go-to here again when I'm in Houston.

Hotel property was fine as was the room. The amenities have substantially been reduced since the last time we stayed here. Hot chocolate has been removed from service bar. The coffee in-room is abysmal. And the breakfast has been GREATLY reduced. Gone are the waffle station, yogurt, and orange juice. Basically the bulk of my usual breakfast. On Saturday the hot service basically had just scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. The Sunday service had eggs, a mostly empty tray of carnitas meat (maybe two scoops left in it), hash browns and an empty tray that used to hold bacon. An hour before breakfast service was over, the service staff said they would not put out any more food. 9a and you got whatever was left over. And the quality was poor. We used to love the breakfast here. Now it's pitiful. I ended up going elsewhere off property to get a decent breakfast. We make a trip to Houston annually and this was a regular stay for us. We're looking elsewhere next year.
