I enjoyed my stay but got sick cause I didn’t have any heat that never got hot but cold air instead. I loved the convenience of having a full kitchen. Staff was friendly & the location was quiet. Too far from the night life but I’ll definitely stay again.

Bathroom area

The hotel is very clean, which is important to me. The part I didn't like was not to have enough towel... having one piece towel is not enough, we should have at least two.

Once you find a cockroach in your room is NOT a good place! Staff attentive and trying to help. You better watch this place, it is use more as leasing apartments. It is misleading advertising as hotel. They don’t do daily room service.

Need better cleaners

1bdrm suite:The sofa bed couch had white stains on the cushions. When cushions were remove there was d at significant dirt/ crumbs etc on the vinyl support frame. Dirty AC vent system and no system in the bedroom. Front desk personnel was nice.

Front desk employee was extremely helpful and kind. Please focus on sanitizing the rooms. I used Lysol to clean it but initially it was tolerable. Downside was the lack of supplies in the suite initially. I had to request toilet paper, utensils, dishwashing detergent, and a cooking pot. Their response was awesome. I also noticed vehicles in the handicap parking without notification that they were handicapped.

I understand why people stay here because it is in close proximity to those receiving medical treatments. For 2 people staying in the room both beds are in separate rooms which is nice. What I didn't like is when you turn the lights on in the bathroom the floor was covered in roaches. I saw a hair that wasn't mine between the sheets telling me the sheets weren't changed. The receptionist was helpful enough but forgot to activate my keys and I had to go back to tell her they didn't work. Next time I need a procedure in the area I will pass on this place.

Not for single women travelers

Umm, kinda creepy staff. They smile as they check you in, sizing you up as you receive your room key. There’s never no towels available for exchange, no cameras in the hall so watch who’s behind you, take your valuables with you because no one owns up to nothing, you could swear someone is watch you in your room, hot water limited durning business hours. One dining restaurant within walking distance, laughing gas available in the hallways. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK, you’ve been warned. Ladies don’t walk alone and don’t laundry alone…men will solicit you. Please MONITOR your bank statements—HOURLY!

We had stayed here before. This hotel is quiet and conveniently located, the rooms are well-designed (larger than usual refrigerator with an actual freezer, large bathroom, good desk space), and the bed is comfortable. However, this time the bathroom floor was dirty, the toilet seat was loose so slid sideways when you sat down, the pillows were very flat, and the recliner was broken so stayed reclined, blocking one side of the bed. We were given only 2 thin bath towels and 1 very thin hand towel, no wash cloths. When I asked the front desk for 2 more towels, she argued that we shouldn't need more and claimed that they did not provide wash cloths. Worst of all, there were roaches in the bathroom, kitchen, and bed area.

The room did what it needed to do. The price was very good. Two of the staff were amazing - two were amazingly good, one was amazingly bad. It took a while before I figured out that this is not a normal hotel, more like a motel hybrid. I didn't mind having to ask for towels, or even that they didn't have any ("I haven't done laundry yet"), it was the incredulity that I would ask for towels and the rude dismissal for me. lol Remote location but not too far from the places I needed to go. The wifi was unbelievably bad. So be prepared to bring your own amenities - toilet paper, towels etc and don't expect to get any work done. There's not even a starbucks or mcdonalds close with real wifi.
