Spacious and beautiful room. Very roomie and luxurious shower & bathroom. Breakfast was quite good with lots to choose from, just skip the OJ though. Definitely top of my return visit list.

A fantastic hotel! Wonderful, friendly staff. Easy to find. Convenient location. A mix of restaurants right next door (we loved Chuy'S!!) Breakfast was simple but well stocked and tasty. Our room was spotless. The only complaint I would have...we had to go home! This is a great place to stay! If I'm ever back in Houston, I'm keeping this place on speed dial!!!

This hotel was very taken care of and clean. We enjoyed our stay there specially the buffet breakfast that they had in the morning I had a lot of selections. I would definitely stay here again. Located in a nice side of town of Houston. It also had plenty of choices to eat in the area.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the A/C worked great, although it was a little noisy. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was okay, but I did notice a dead roach in the hallway, which was concerning. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which I really appreciated. Overall, the room itself was good, but the cleanliness of the common areas could be improved.

This was the worst Hyatt hotel I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was very poor. Tables were not cleaned after being used by less considerate guests; I even had to remove trash left behind by someone else just to be able to sit down and have breakfast. Only one of the two elevators was working. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel of the Hyatt caliber. I have never been so disappointed with a Hyatt property. The Marriott chain, by contrast, has always provided me with excellent service.
