Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Absolutely horrible experience. I wasn’t made aware that the home wasn’t ready to be booked until the day of and I spent 2 hours on the phone with the worst supervisor Ameer who had no solution, and was unable to rebook another stay, I hate this
