The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Place any used dishes in the dishwasher. Dispose of all food items from the refrigerator/freezer. Take all trash to the designated trash bin Leave used beds unmade.

Place used towels in the bathroom. Return furniture and décor to their original places if moved. Turn off all lights, TVs, and appliances. Make sure windows and doors are closed and locked.

Set thermostat to: •72°F in warmer months •68°F in cooler months Lock all doors upon departure. Ensure the smart lock fully closes behind you. If a physical key was used, return it to the lockbox.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
