2 days before my already planned trip, my stay was cancelled without any explanation. I had to find another stay and pay even more being it was last minute. I booked this placr months in advance and it just cancelled without any explanation.

I had this stay location booked well in advance and this host canceled as I was trying to check in. The host never sent me the unit number and would not even answer when I messaged and called from the parking lot. I had a group of friends waiting to meet with me after I got checked in. All they did was refunded the money without enough decency to even correspond. It is a horrible look for the site to allow these types of hosts to handle ruin people's traveling plans.
