Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The staff bent over backwards. I really liked this hotel and the food in the restaurant was amazing. They also had a couple of really good mocktails which i always look for as someone who doesnt drink alcohol.

Room was great. Staff greater. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast had a 15 minute wait for seating, but there was nobody in the dining room. But the bar seating area was full with a waiting line for coffee.

The staff in every part of the Hotel! They were especially amazing. I will always stay at the Omni when I visit Houston. The rooms are a little dated but it features the history of this iconic Hotel. Will definitely return.
