"The room was clean. Parking was easy and convenient, and we did not have any issues finding a spot. The staff was okay—nothing exceptional but acceptable. However, the biggest issue during our stay was the air conditioner. It was extremely loud, and every time it turned on it made a strong noise that disturbed our sleep each night. It definitely should be much quieter. Our room was also facing the pool, and the noise coming from the pool area could be heard in the room, which added to the disturbance. Additionally, the pool lights stayed on until around 10 PM, and the room did not have proper blackout curtains to block the light. Because of this, the room never became fully dark at night (until 10 pm). Overall, while the cleanliness and parking were good, the noise from the air conditioner, pool activity, and the lack of proper curtains made the stay less comfortable than expected. "

"We booked this as a 3 night stay to meet friends for a few fun filled days. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, a movie theatre, a martini bar and others. The pool and whirlpool are a plus as is the onsite Three Rivers restaurant. Great food, appetizers and drinks. Just the best location and reasonable pricing."

"The staff people were super helpful, when checking in I asked if we could be close to an exit with our reactive dog and she moved us with no problems at all. The suite was really lovely and comfortable. "

"I understood that the hotel was being remodeled. The room we stayed in was worn; that’s ok. There was no excuse for the condition of the room—pretzels on the floor in the main room and dirt and hair on the floor in the bathroom. We will not stay here again."
