Front desk people are great. I really like coming here. I see the house keeper work all night. Making sure everything is clean and the rooms are done and clean. I will keep coming back.

Staff is awesome, they continually worked with me as i transitioned from Saint Louis, MO to Houston, TX. The front desk clerks are superb. Customer serice is A . They helped me all the way. Im now a devoted customer

Older property. Unfriendly staff member at front desk.Drawer where tv sits atop wouldn’t close creating a hazard. Huge crack on mirror above wash basin also creating unsafe conditions. Photos of property very deceiving.

They were very rude. They tried to kick my daughter out when I was gone because she had her boyfriend come over to visit. Then called early in the morning saying she need to shut her dog up and she don't even have a dog. It was mine and I was gone with my dog. They sure don't like you to have company come over to visit what so ever.

The guy at the front desk. Is not friendly. I just didn’t feel right staying here. It was very off when I walk in the front door. Maybe he was having a bad day.

A Wonderful Place to Stay in Katy, TX
This is my go-to place when I'm in Katy. The manager is wonderful and the room is always clean. The refrigerator and microwave always work. This is a nice, clean place to stay that is much quieter than staying in a place on I-10. I've stayed here ten times or and am always pleased by the owner's genuine warmth.

A Great Stay, As Usual
I stay here whenever we are in Katy, TX. The manager/owner is helpful and kind, The rooms are clean and have no cigarette smell. The amenities (hair dryer, microwave, etc.) work. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.

The first rooms had blood stains on the sheets, the second room didnt have a working tv or working heater (50° outside) amd the 3rd room had dirty sheets, dirty pillows and the bath tub didnt work. I HAVE NO CLUE HOW THEY HAVE 8 STARS!?!
