  • Whether you're traveling for work or visiting the Houston area, this comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Klein/Spring offers a convenient location with easy access to Highway 249, the Grand Parkway, and I-45. Enjoy quick access to Spring, The Woodlands, and Tomball, making it ideal for business or leisure travelers. You'll also be just minutes from shopping, restaurants, parks, and local attractions.

    Comfortably sleeps 7 with a King sized bed in the Master bedroom and a Queen sized bed in both of the side Bedrooms. Includes a large L-shaped Couch in the Living room which can be used to sleep an additional person. Additional Queen Size Air Mattress can be provided upon request (must give 24 hour notice before arrival).

    Pets welcome with an additional rate of $40/trip. Owners are fully responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pet(s). Guests and their pet(s) are welcome to use the fenced backyard at their own risk and are expected to watch their pet(s) while they are in the yard.

    If more than 6 bath towels or extra blankets are needed please message to request these items prior to your stay to guarantee that there will be enough to accommodate your party!
