This hotel was very clean. The rooms are nice. I was quite surprised considering the price but it was a pleasant stay. I would stay there again.

When we got to the property, it became instantly apparent that the photos we saw online were not accurate in representing the actual suite we had booked. The room seemed very outdated, and not super clean or modern. We ended up cancelling one of the nights and losing money. We booked at a hotel nearby that was nicer. Staff person would NOT refund us for the first night even though we did not stay there.

When calling for shuttle from airport, I was disconnected several times before talking to a person, then still had to call back three times. The pickup shuttle took over 35 minutes, then they said they only had room for four people the next morning, and was only running once per hour. The airport is only eight minutes away. The breakfast was seriously lacking, the room carpets were stained and gross. The bathroom seemed clean. I would not stay here again or recommend anyone else stay here.

My sister and I stayed at the inn because it was advertised as: “ When it's time to relax, let the stress of your day melt away as you make yourself at home“. We had a very stressful day of flights being delayed and long hours. Our flight from Mexico was 3 hours late arriving in Houston and when we called for the shuttle service at 10:40 (that was supposed to run from 5AM to 11PM), we were told none was available and that we should take a taxi. We did this with no offer of compensation for our fare and inconvenience of having to stand in line in the cold for over 30 minutes waiting for a taxi. To be fair, the man on the desk at the hotel was very apologetic when we arrived. We couldn’t take the room on the upper floor because my sister broke her foot while in Mexico and was not able to climb stairs. We were told the only room available on the ground floor was a smoking room, so we had no choice but to take it, despite there being less than a handful of cars in the entire parking lot at midnight and it was obvious there were other rooms available on the ground level. The dead bolt lock did not work so we had only the upper latch lock for security and there wasn’t even one lamp in the room. After a restless night of trying to sleep in a room that smelled like an ashtray, I had a shower, only to discover there was no hairdryer. Our wake up call was “only a flashing red light” as the volume had been turned off. I’m still waiting to hear a response!!!!

Basic Accommodations for an Overnight Layover
The stay was fine for a one-night layover at the airport. The room was clean but basic; you walk up to the room from the outside of the building. Breakfast was basically toast and coffee or juice. They didn't really have a breakfast area to eat, but it was grab and go for me anyway, as the free hotel shuttle arrived 5 minutes early to take us to the airport. The shuttle arrives hourly.

Nice, but shuttle service needs improving.
Not much in the way of atmosphere, but for the quick stay of one night it did the trick. It had a nice kitchen, which we didn't get a chance to use. Our TV had issues and they were right on top of sending someone over to fix it. Didn't have to wait long at all. The shuttle coming from the airport was crazy insane. Too many people and not enough shuttles. We waited an hour and then took a taxi. I will think twice about any hotel that shares transportation with lots of hotels. The return shuttle to the airport was fine except you couldn't reserve a seat and had to be at the pickup spot 15 minutes before. We had early flight so it worked out.

At first glance I was a little concerned about staying here. The outside aesthetics are not great and it’s right next to a gas station. There is no elevator, so make sure to request a room on the first floor if you have special needs. The interior of the rooms are nicer than I expected, quite spacious, and have a comfortable bed - hence why I gave it three stars. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it’s fine if you need an affordable solution for an overnight layover.

The rooms are big and clean. Check in was easy. Plane noise to be expected at this location. But the area is bad, someone in a room near us had their car stolen from the parking lot in the middle of the day.
