The fully equipped home is less than 5 miles from the world renowned Texas Medical Center and MD Andersen Cancer Center. This cozy 3-bedroom/2.5 bathroom, one-story house with 2 king beds is in a quite established neighborhood. It's only 1.8 miles from the University of Houston and minutes from Texas Southern University. This home would be great for an visiting adjunct professors or some other college professional who wants to live in close proximity of the college campuses. This tremendous property offers a serene, safe space while caring for love ones, or taking care of business or just here to relax for vacation. The home is also just minutes from downtown, just a few blocks from a Houston library, the post office, YMCA and grocery store. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like washer/dryer, high speed wifi and free parking. There is a large fenced-in backyard so perfect for families with pets. We are pet friendly over here. The two bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. Our place will help you feel at home when you travel to Houston. Near two major parks ( MacGregor Park and Hermann Park) for a great workout or trails excellent for biking and walking. If you love animals as I do, great because you're in close proximity to the Houston Zoo and the Downtown Aquarium.
