Our stunning 3-story home, uniquely adorned with vibrant orange décor and custom lighting to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. This spacious home features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a luxurious master suite with an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy 300Mbps Wi-Fi for all your streaming and work-from-home needs, along with a private jacuzzi perfect for relaxation. The home also boasts a private backyard, a two-car parking garage, and modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The Space:
Please note that due to summer time and doors constantly being opened. bugs may enter. we inspect and spray accordingly to ensure any sightings are reduced to zero.

Other Things to Note:
Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. With 50+ listings it's impossible for us to be present at the time of check-in. Although we are available if there is any emergency or day-to-day enquiries. Therefore, we need to verify IDs ourselves after booking is confirmed.

Please be aware that a refundable security deposit of $350 will be required after booking. This incidental charge is in place to cover any potential issues related to items being misplaced or damaged during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of checkout once everything is confirmed in good condition.
