Booked this place for my parents for their first visit to the US since I moved here from overseas. Property was in a great location and overall value for money was great.

Great location and cozy spot

Stayed one night for a brief trip. Communication was excellent with the owner. Property location was superb and located near restaurants and travel. Easy arrival and departure. Would recommend for solo visits or couples.

Home in the Heights!

Lovely property that suited my wife and I extremely well. It is in a good location in the Houston Heights and very convenient to numerous restaurants we enjoy visiting with the majority within easy walking distance. The host was responsive and provided detailed information about the property. Enjoyed our stay and will look here first when we return for our next visit to Houston.

nice but some glitches

Good parking. Nice and clean property. Well organized instructions for access. Spacious for 2 and nice floorpan. There are other rentals on site, which was not clear in information i saw but that was not a problem. the problem is in details and communication. Inside property on a table by sofa was a posted info sheet with phone # to call for a problem. The coffee service was set out but no carafe, text sent to the posted number and never had a response. Drawer in kitchen, not by the service that indicated Tea, had 2 loose tea bags lying in bottom of drawer. This is a nice and convenient property that has a higher price rate than several others. There needs to be better attention to the little details like that and also be more responsive and direct with information and communication when asked. Hopefully owner will get the details taken care of and this will assure a 5 star review from the next guest.

Quiet neighborhood in a great location that's 10-15 minutes from many of Houston's best attractions. Clean property that's well kept and equipped as advertised.

Great little place in a wonderful location

My mom and I stayed for the weekend and enjoyed the walkability to the Market and around the neighborhoods. The unit was clean and cute, we were very comfortable here. The owners only have automated responses to any questions and never answered any of our questions. There was also an additional mandatory insurance required or an exorbitant deposit. Not sure why since VRBO has insurance coverage for owners. That was an unpleasant surprise. The unit photos show common area as the living room, it is not common to other guests, it is private. There is a cute putting green and plenty of parking. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we would stay again.
