Home away from home near NASA

This was a real find in a convenient area for my family's visit to the Houston area. It was a short walk to the NASA Space Center, and there are many good, affordable eateries and coffee shops nearby. The unit was a 2 BR, 2 bath condo in a fairly new complex, perfect for a family traveling with teenagers. The dryer in the unit had some settings that didn't work, but otherwise no complaints.

Clean, Modern, Nicely-Appointed

GOOD: Very clean and modern apartment, fully furnished with everything you will need, including lots of nice cooking utensils and dinnerware. The gym is amazing. BAD: The check-in instructions were difficult to navigate, but once we got past that, it was smooth sailing. Our unit was a long walk from the parking and the elevator. The good far outweighed the bad. We give it 5 stars.

My stay at the voyager was amazing. I was able to check in 2 hours early. I had reserved parking. I walked into a 1bedroom apartment that was clean and modern. It looked just like the pictures advertised online. They even had some snacks and water for me along with a few tide pods and dishwasher tablets. The property is beautiful and the surrounding area safe. I felt secure my entire time there. The neighbors were friendly. No noice complaints. There was a little issue with the water. Looks like hot water was turned off in the unit. Management was informed and maintenance came the same night to turn it on. It still fluctuated during my week stay. Some days the water would only stay hot for a several minutes and then become luke warm but that didn’t ruin my stay. I highly recommend this location . You won’t be disappointed

Horrible

I was not able to get into my hotel room after paying and trying to check in after midnight. I had to pay for another hotel at a different hotel for my stay. I was looking forward to a comfortable and more private room.

THINK TWICE

THINK TWICE! Check-in process was the most complicated process we’ve ever encountered, and you need 3 different mobile applications to complete check in, registration and accessing the unit. Parking situation is ridiculous, cleanliness is average. The only pluses, proximity to NASA Space Center and the swimming pool. Last, the communication is perhaps the worst we’ve encountered, this unit is a standalone unit on the entire property for this company. The complicated process to access the facility daily is NOT worth the hassle. We would have been better off a a hotel.
