"I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE IT A 0!! FOUND COCKROACHES and SPIDERS IN OUR ROOM. IF YOU BOOK ON A DIFFERENT WEBSITE, AND YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER, BE CAREFUL. FRONT DESK DOESN'T LIKE IT WHEN YOU BOOK ON OTHER WEBSITES LIKE EXPEDIA, TRIVAGO, etc. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. From the moment I checked in, the staff seemed annoyed and RUDE because I arrived later than expected. The front desk has an attitued tone since I walk in. To make matters worse, the room was not clean. We found both a COCKROACH and a large SPIDER in our room. I HAVE PICTURES to document this. The security guard was RUDE. When we returned to the hotel around midnight, he had blocked off the well-lit side of the parking lot and insisted that I park in a dark area where I did not feel safe. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, I was told they could not help me and that I needed to deal with the security guard myself. The next morning, the front desk employee was rude when I called to ask about breakfast and seemed irritated that I had booked through Expedia. My mother was treated poorly as well when she went to get breakfast vouchers. My family has been visiting North HOUSTON for over 12 years, and we have stayed at many hotels in the area. This was easily the worst experience we have had. Between the rude staff, cleanliness issues, and parking situation, we will never stay here again. I can say that the hotel bar seemed to be popular."

"5 stars for all but one survey question. The customer service was wonderful from the front desk to the clerk in the dining hall and even the housekeepers. Our room was clean but the bodywash was out and the bedding needs to be updated or needs lint removal. Other than that I cannot complain. Peaceful, quiet, clean, and friendly place to stay!"

"The room is big and spacious for a little price. the shower runs perfectly at cold and hot temperatures, the check in and check-out processes were quick and the staff were friendly. I was there for a short trip (2-nights) because i had work to do nearby, but if i come back for a vacation im choosing this motel again"

"This stay was nuts! I booked this room on the road and didn’t realize it was non-refundable. Got to the hotel and the guy behind the counter shuffled through hand written sheets of paper of the different rooms trying to find one available. Took about 10 minutes before he got us the room. Got to the room and the door didn’t fit totally right so we had to lift it to shut it and lock it much like a Walmart bathroom. The room was visually clean and looked as if it had been taken care of by staff ( beds made, towels hung, etc) trying to get settled in the room things quickly became apparent. The TV didn’t work, there was gum in the carpet, food and drinks from previous renters in the fridge. The shower glass door was off track and couldn’t be put back on properly. The glass door was dirty though the shower floor appeared clean. Brushing our teeth showed there was no cold water in the sink. When I told these things to the front desk the woman said yes I know. Left feeling dirty but got a few hours of sleep. Even though there was no help with any issues the workers were…polite."
