"Great friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived at the property at 1:00 pm and even though my check-in time was at 3:00, they offered to check me in 2 hours early without any hesitation. They knew I was running the Houston marathon on my return date and assured me that they will accommodate an hour for a late checkout. Very professional staff and attentive to guest’s needs. Highly recommend The Whitehall Houston!! "

"Great location in the downtown Houston area. Located about 6 to 8 blocks behind the convention center. We walked to most places. Well stocked, comfortable accommodations. Host was easy to communicate with. We did not realize when booking that it's actually a three level unit. The living area is on the second level and there is a bedroom and bath on each of the first and third levels. No elevator, lots of stair climbing for people with any sort of impairment. That would not deter my staying again, but it's nice to have all the information before booking."

"This 3-story house is spacious, modern and comfortable, perfect for my coworkers and me. The 3 bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom. There’s a roof top deck, AC, and a big kitchen island. It was perfect for our team conference. It’s just outside the downtown so it’s easy access to the city. The owner was responsible to messages. "
