Beyond cleanliness, our experience was plagued by issues: Hidden Fees/Misleading Policies: Refused timely linen package requests, forcing us to buy them locally. Unprofessional Communication: Critical info (like a non-drinkable water advisory) was sent in Dutch/German despite our English correspondence. Unresolved Property Issues: Failed to clarify water consumption numbers, causing wasted time. When we disputed the false cleaning fee, DanCenter resorted to intimidation, threatening debt collection. This is deeply unethical. This isn't an isolated incident. This public investigation confirms their systemic issues. I strongly advise against booking with DanCenter.
