"The only issue & that seems to be the same in all Norwegian hotels, no barroom hooks or shower mats. Staff was friendly but was misinformed about the Viking Ship Museum being closed that everyone else knew about. Good meal & close to the train station from the airport."

"A very nice hotel close to the waterfront area and downtown Oslo. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Room was very nice. We had a junior suite. Still amd sparkling water dispensers are available on each floor. Dining options are plenty as they have 5 restaurants on site. Breakfast is pretty good as well. My only complaint t is that it was at times difficult to contact guest services."

"Great hotel. Incredible breakfast included. Had 22nd floor amazing view. Summit Bar on 21st floor gives access to great views for all. Pool is nice plus. Location by Royal Palace and Gardens especially a plus. Great walking distance to waterfront and great areas of city. Trams easy rides to all else."

"The hotel is very nice and clean. The room is extremely clean and everything inside the room in my view is excellently well placed. The breakfast is excellent. The staff at the reception are excellent and are professionals. I recommend to everyone to make a reservation to this hotel. You will not be disappointed once you get there."
