A basic motel with helpful staff and a spacious bathroom. It's good value for the dollar. Just don't be expecting Hilton type of accommodations and their prices too. I found the value very solid. One tip I would give is to let the hot water run for 1-2 minutes before it actually gets hot. Plenty of places to eat and enjoy within 3-4 miles. Would stay again.

Quiet and convenient to Howell and Brighton. Could not beat the price. Neat and clean in the room and bathroom. Thank you to the owners for clearing the snow off my car in the morning, too!

The room smelled like someone just got done smoking it in. There were rooms with plywood inserts holding in window ac units. Worse place i have ever attempted to stay at. Worker was very unsympathetic about my issues.
