Quiet and convenient to Howell and Brighton. Could not beat the price. Neat and clean in the room and bathroom. Thank you to the owners for clearing the snow off my car in the morning, too!

This was a nightmare from the time I walked in to check in. At check in the man asked if I had a pet? I said no, my boyfriend has an ADA service animal. He asked a lot of illegal and HIPPA violations questions, he also asked me to have the dog preform his duties, very illegal as well. He tried to charge me a pet fee again very illegal. Knowing my boyfriend needs his ADA dog and when I booked I asked for an assisable room, he decided to continue to be rude and gave us the farthest back room, upstairs. When walk in the room, no heat a small portable heater on the floor. It was not vacuumed, I found one outside by our door and used it and went through the whole room.At the end of the stay we needed 1 night until our other accommodations were ready and he refused us service because of the service dog, which again is very illegal. Laundry facility not working either. Horrible!

Dead bugs on the floor. Spiders coming out of hole in the wall in bathroom. Lamp with plug that didn't work in wall socket. Bedspread had multiple burn holes. Residents partially dressed barbecuing on the front stoop. Disabled vehicles on jackstands in parking lot.

Was billed by expiration and the place. I was worried I would not get my money back and stayed a second week ant a rate well above the worth of this property. I stayed a third week due to no apartment availability to get into. I am back to being homeless to save money for a place to live.
