In the 11th Floor of the very well-kept Palm Pavilion complex, you can enjoy the view towards Huahin, the sea and the mountains to Myanmar from the balcony. The 60sqm studio consists of a large room with a large king-size bed, sofa & table, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. One pool is directly on the sea with direct beach access, the second pool under your balcony - both very large. The management has been there for> 15 years and always takes care of any questions. There is a fitness center and a sauna in the house. By car, moped or taxi you are in 5 minutes in Huahin center.
The apartment is handed over cleaned, you do not have to worry about the final cleaning.
Massage and various local restaurants are within walking distance. I have been there many times and am available for questions at any time. Friends from Thailand are also available, which has the advantage that you have a local contact person.
According to Thai law, you are not allowed to rent on a daily basis, which means that the studio is not "shabby", but has been maintained with love over the years.
