Very nice Hotel but the rooms are a bit out dated. Other then that staff is very friendly and perfect location. Pool area is big and nice. Beach is a bit rocky but beautiful

It's a Hilton so you know what to expect. I had 2 issues. 1. The internet was terrible, especially for a Hilton 2. They have a very restrictive beach towel policy. You can not take the towels to the beach. This was a problem for us. We are not pool people. We are beach people. When leaving on a tour you can not take the towels. We had to speak to a manager to get permission to take the towels with us. They need to fix this. It's annoying and ruins an otherwise great hotel. 3. They have a sign when entering the beach that says no drones are allowed in Thailand. That is inaccurate. The facilities are great and the people are great but these 3 things daily made the experience less enjoyable.

We strive to meet our guest’s satisfaction, and as such your feedback is very helpful and valuable since this will give us as the guidance to continue improving our services and our guest satisfaction.Your concerns in matters of "quality of Internet" are duly noted and kindly be informed that we are in the plan of upgrading our internet access to stabilize the connection and having a better quality as well as higher capacity. We totally understand your frustration dealing with a dropping line from time to time and we will do our utmost best to sort out this issue as soon as possible. With regards to the pool towels, as in the past a number of guests used to take the towels to the beach, and we started having issues with bugs in the rooms. The reason for that, is that during certain times of the year part of the beach have sand flies, and by using the towels the guests were bringing these flies in the room and their bed linen, creating a number of issues to both the guests and the hotel. As such we had to take drastic actions in order to eliminate this growing challenge. We so sorry for any inconvenience it might have caused you.Apart from that, regarding to the drones. Please allow us to clarify with you that, concerning to guest's privacy and according to the Thai government law, the drone flying can be allowed only for registered drone flyers and the permission need to be granted by the officers in advance, our apologies that if this has not been explained to you clearly. However, we will definitely look into this and thank you once again for bringing this to our attention. Mr. Christopher, we value your feedback and appreciate your constructive comments and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused during your visit. This is a very nice hotel well located by the beach and center of town. The property is excellent although this time I was put in a room that had not yet been renovated and the shower had no hot water. A very good breakfast buffet and large pool add to the enjoyment. Usually it is a 5 star experience but this time it fell just a little short.

Great Stay
We stayed a night in an exec club room and it was excellent. A warm welcome upon arrival, early check in and a rather good exec lounge with cocktails and canapés in the evening and a nice breakfast selection in the morning. We would definitely return.

Great hotel. Elegant property and beautiful location. The Huahin beach area features a lot of bars and restaurants. The Hilton beach is terrific. The general manager is extremely friendly and kind.

Hotel is sitting in a perfect location. Ocean view from the room was fantastic. I really enjoyed the view by the poolside when the sunrise. Heaps of shops, restaurants, massage places, etc right in front of the hotel. Staffs were great. There were few things I didn't like though. Noise - there was a relatively large gap between the door and the floor, so the noise from outside was not blocked at all. Especially door banging, people walking and talking when you tried to sleep at night was almost annoying. TV - it was not a smart tv USB - there was no USB charging port. I had to buy a wall charger. I really loved everything else about this hotel, but they really need to do something with the noise issue.

Convenient location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and right by the beach. The service was great, all the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool was large, and the gym was nice. The hotel facilities were old but still functional.

Was a bit disappointed with the interior of the room for the price paid. This is because personally I find the pictures were kind of misleading with the renovation on the reception and rooms on certain floors, I was kind of expected. Therefore I recommend to check before booking, because the room i stayed in was very outdated and old furniture that I found quite unhygienic and if I’d have know I would stayed out where more modern as my preference for the price paid. Plus side, I really enjoyed the beachfront view and the dim sum buffet was Devine! The staff were polite, smiley and friendly.

No better option in the heart of Hua Hin for accommodation. This is as our tenth stay and the best stay we have ever had. Service and the refurbished Suite Rooms make this resort a winner.. We have been staying in Suites for entire month with Executive Lounge Access and the Lounge itself service and variations of different nightly food themes made every evening just so good..Highly Recommend Hilton Hua Hin
