We totally understand your frustration dealing with a dropping line from time to time and we will do our utmost best to sort out this issue as soon as possible. With regards to the pool towels, as in the past a number of guests used to take the towels to the beach, and we started having issues with bugs in the rooms. The reason for that, is that during certain times of the year part of the beach have sand flies, and by using the towels the guests were bringing these flies in the room and their bed linen, creating a number of issues to both the guests and the hotel. As such we had to take drastic actions in order to eliminate this growing challenge. We so sorry for any inconvenience it might have caused you.Apart from that, regarding to the drones. Please allow us to clarify with you that, concerning to guest's privacy and according to the Thai government law, the drone flying can be allowed only for registered drone flyers and the permission need to be granted by the officers in advance, our apologies that if this has not been explained to you clearly. However, we will definitely look into this and thank you once again for bringing this to our attention.
