Perfect place with children!

Large very clean home with enough nooks for a little privacy for everyone. We had a wonderful time in this home! A very short ( maybe 4 minute) walk to the beach and to the pool. Plenty of restaurants on the beach, chairs and umbrellas to rent! Easy to walk to the road with grocery store, massage places, restaurants, and very importantly, easy walk to tuk tuk stand.

Beautiful location

My father and his bride stayed, with some other family there in Thailand. They absolutely loved every minute of their stay. Beautiful house 3 min walk to the beach. Will definitely book again if we don’t buy a place there ourselves

Amazing house by the beach

Was an amazing clean house that’s a 5 minute walk from the beach! The house was spacious that was big enough for me and 5 of my friends who are all big guys, lots or good restaurants close by and the house manger was super helpful in all our day trips and helping us organise taxis. Was no sound pollution as the neighbourhood was very quite but not far from any major attractions. Lots of fun activities like muy Thai and surfing and kite surfing near by if you want a more active holiday. All the people where super friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommend staying here!!!!!

Perfect spot

This home was well located for a pleasant stay at the beach. It was clean and spacious and had all the supplies we could need. We loved that it was in a slightly quieter part of town, yet there were still many great restaurants to eat at within walking distance, the beach was very close, and a taxi stand was not far away to plan a few excursions. The one surprise was the number of monkeys that would come down from the mountain during the day. They were aggressive if you tried carrying food, and we quickly learned to hide anything of interest. We didn't feel comfortable leaving clothes to dry outside, as the monkeys walked by regularly and pooped a lot. It wasn't a deal-breaker and we would still stay here again. If you kept your distance and ignored them, they'd mostly ignore you. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed it many times. It was very handy to have a clothes washer (we moved the drying rack into the living room). We'd have opened up the house to enjoy the breeze but there were no window screens, but the AC worked well. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Tolles Haus in Strandlage

Das Haus ist wunderschön, stimmig eingerichtet. 4 schöne Schlafzimmer, alle mit Balkon/Terrasse, große Küche mit allem Nötigen, schönes Wohnzimmer, 3 Bäder (1 innenliegend). Fantastisch ist der Blick auf den Monkey Hill (im Vordergrund eine Wiese mit 2 Pferden), auch den Kanal mit Fischerbooten sieht man. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig, nur Grillen, Affen und der Tekoh-Gekko... Zu den einzeln stehenden Häusern gehört auch ein großer Gemeinschaftspool mit Liegen, den man meistens für sich hat. Neben dem Pool gibt es ein modernes Restaurant mit guter Küche. Wirklich kurze 5 Minuten an der Pferdewiese entlang zum herrlichen endlosen Strand (7 km einsame Wanderungen zum pittoresken Khao Tao am Meer). Auch am Strand gibt es mehrere authentische leckere Thai-Restaurants. Einkaufen im SevenEleven ( 5 Minuten) für alles Tägliche und Geldautomat. In der Nähe auch ein Obstladen, Massagen und samstags ein Markt am Wat Khao Lan Thom. Nach Downtown-Hua Hin sind es 7 km, die man einfach mit dem Sammelbus von Khao Takiap zurücklegen kann (15 Baht), unterwegs gibt es viele Restaurants und 2 große Einkaufsmalls - Bluport und Market Village - mit großen Supermärkten auch für europäische Geschmäcker. Der Bus fährt den ganzen Tag. Wer lieber Taxi fährt, das kostet 200 Baht, oder man mietet sich ein Moped, mit dem man die Gegend erkundet. Nach Hua Hin kann man auch super am Strand entlang laufen. Das Haus hat Klimaanlagen, die im Master-Bedroom ist großartig und recht leise. Der Vermieter hat uns einen Shuttle vom Flughafen Bangkok organisiert und auch sonst auf alle Fragen schnell und kompetent geantwortet, vorOrt ist auch eine Managerin, die auftretende Probleme löst, und hilfsbereit zu jeder Zeit ist Champ, der in der Anlage und im Restaurant arbeitet und uns abends beim Ankommen erstmal alles Wichtige zeigte. Wir haben hier 5 herrliche Wochen verbracht und kommen wieder!

Great place for a family!

We had a great stay at the house. We have been to Hua Hin in years past, and it’s been built up quite a lot in the past 10 years. The location of this house is close enough to the major attractions in Hua Hin, but far enough away to make the stay more relaxing. it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach, is spacious, and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook in, order take away etc. The WiFi works great, satellite tv, and everything you need as far as restaurants and shops within walking distance. There were 6 of us and an infant and was very comfortable. The manager Dha was very helpful and we would certainly book this house again in the future. great stay!!! Great house!

das Haus befindet sich in einer Reihenhaussiedlung, die teilweise unbewohnt ist, 3 min. vom Strand entfernt. 4 Schlafzimmer zu je zwei Betten, drei Zimmer mit Queensizebett, also relativ eng. 3 Bäder, zwei davon oben mit sehr wenig Wasserdruck. Küche ausreichend für ein Frühstück, Waschmaschine, Fernseher (Thai Programm). schönes Wohnzimmer. Nebengelass sehr kramig und sehr vieles kaputt, einen neue konfortable Klimaanlage oben, die anderen schon älter und laut. Am Stadtrand von Hua Hin, bis ins Zentrum etwa 20 min. mit dem Moped, was man braucht. Grundsätzlich aber individuell - deutscher Bäcker ist zu finden, wie auch Supermarkt-alles auf der Hauptstraße nach Hua Hin linke Seite Richtung Stadt.

Big family friendly beach house

We had a great stay here, four adults and three children. This is a spacious house, close to a sweeping, lovely beach. The complex pool is terrific and we mostly had it to ourselves. The house is very well furnished, with comfortable beds and has obviously been well loved. We cannot fault the response of Dha, the local manager, to any requests for help or information. She was great. However, a bit more information on arrival, about the house and the area, what to do with our trash etc. would have been helpful

A lucky find!

This is a beautiful well maintained family house in a perfect area. The house is kept to a very high standard, clean, cool with a very relaxing vibe. The family area was perfect for lazy mornings and relaxing after a busy day. The outside terrace provided a relaxing finish to the day with a wee G and T, whilst the children were in bed. The perfect location for a short walk to the beach (4 mins) and the lovely hotel, the fantastic seafood restaurant at the back, the 10 minute walk to the monastery and the garden pool a few doors down. The younger children enjoyed taking the mopeds up to 'Monkey Mountain'. Plenty to do locally, water parks, safari, the night markets etc The owners have a 'nothing is a problem attitude' and were able to help with organising taxi's and tours to the beautiful island of Kao Talo. This property gets a big 10 out of 10 from us. xxxxxxx

Fantastic property close to beach

We had a fantastic holiday and the property was superb. Spacious, well kept, clean, comfortable beds. Close to the beach and all amenities very close by. Excellent restaurants nearby . I would highly recommend this property to anybody looking to visit Hua Hin😃

Very Pleasant Stay

We came down here to stay with 8 of our family and we had a great time. The house has been well-loved and is great for young children and adults alike. The beach is just a short walk away, with bars, restaurants etc. There is even a great place for a full English breakfast (Oasis), just on the main road. If you wish to go into town a taxi is easily arranged. The house itself is situated just below a mountain which serves as a lovely backdrop when sat out on the veranda. It sits in a valley and I imagine that is why the breeze was so good during our stay; it really helped to keep things cool. Danielle and Khun Dha really helped us out before, during and after our stay there. In short I fully recommend this house. In this price range, the quality, service and location are unbeatable. Our family firmly decided that if we were to come back to Hua Hin we would definitely try to rent the house from Danielle again. Best regards, Tom

An excellent Family house close to a nice Beach

This large house is actually very Family friendly with all you need for a quiet tay there.The restaurant boat next to the pool is very nice with high quality food, service and low prices. The nearby beach is very nice and Luca's place at the Beach has excellent and cheap food and good service as well as a good massage. The swimming pool area is quite ok and the employees at the café is very helpfull with ordering taxis, delivering food at home etc. We definitely consider to go back there

This was our second visit to this house and it was as good as the last time the house is in a perfect location a stones throw from the beach and 10min drive from Hua Hin centre Dha who managed the property is always at hand for any questions or to organize taxis or day trips I would certainly recommend this house to family and friends it is ideal for large parties as it is very spacious I will hopefully return next year .

Great Holiday Rental

Danielle's home is a great holiday rental, located a short drive outside Hua Hin, close to a working fishing village and 2 very good beaches, cafe and 7/11. The house itself is clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with a large TV, washing machine, wifi, glasses, pots and pans. To- date it is the best house I have rented for a holiday. My emails with Danielle were answered promptly and any questions raised dealt with, Danielle also arranged for a taxi to pick us up at our Bangkok hotel. Khun Dha, the house manager, was at the house on our arrival, to greet us, show our party around and ensure there was nothing else we needed, she arranged the rental of a motor bike for us and nothing appeared to be a problem for her. I would not hesitate in booking this property again,
