The Seacraze Hua Hin is a high-quality condominium resort occupying one of the best positions in Khao Takiab close to Hua Hin’s best beach, restaurants, bars and buses. Comprising of 4 buildings with lifts, positioned around a magnificent 60m swimming pool, it also features a small gym, soft playroom for children, air-conditioned public area with free Wi-Fi, and 24-hour security. A reception office is staffed from 8.30am to assist with information, service and maintenance needs.

The Seacraze is located on the South side of Hua Hin in the quieter more traditional district of Khao Takiab, just 7kms from the centre of this bustling seaside town, easily reached by local bus or taxi.

The immediate local area has a choice of over 10 restaurants all walking distance and serving delicious freshly cooked Thai and European food at very reasonable prices. Most are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The road to the beach is directly opposite the apartment and is just a gentle 5-minute level walk. Getting to Hua Hin centre is easy. Songtaews (known as the ‘Green Baht buses’) are the cheapest method to take at only 15 THB each way. The bus stop is at the end of the road (5 mins walk). They run from 6am to 10pm and leave every 10 minutes stopping at Cicada and Tamarind outdoor food and craft markets, the two main indoor shopping malls, and finally downtown at the famous night market. You can press the buzzer anytime and they stop for you. Tuk-Tuk taxi’s are also available everywhere almost 24/7 for 100-200 baht. Hua Hin is a dining and shoppers paradise, the vibrant city centre is full of interesting local craft, food and clothes, or for those preferring shopping malls there is the 4 storey Market Village or the brand new American owned Blueport Mall and Cinema complex adjacent to the Intercontinental hotel. Both have a vast choice of restaurants, as well as international coffee shops, currency exchange and banks. For those into Arts and Crafts, and incredible local street food then Cicada and Tamarind night market are just 10 minutes away and an absolute must visit.

For those who enjoy massage, there are 3 salons across the road from the apartment, and many more in Hua Hin. A one-hour Thai or foot massage starts at 250 Thai Baht.

The Seacraze lobby has seating and FREE WiFi from 8am and this can also be used poolside if positioned close to the office. The apartment itself has a WiFi hotspot device supporting up to 10 devices. Thai SIM cards or credit top up for mobile phones are available from market village or 7-11 stores for periods of 7 days,15 days, or 30+ days. The apartment has a smart TV and a DVD player and a selection of English DVD's. Some channels and apps on the TV require you to login to your account e.g. Netflix or Prime.

There is a small but fully matted gym available to guests from 7am and has running machines, cross trainer, cycles, benches, barbells and dumbbells. The pool also opens at 7am.

For general everyday food and essentials, there are 2 x 7-11 stores and 2 × Family Mart stores all within a few minutes' walk. Each serve a choice of hot coffee or iced/frappe drinks.

All bed linen and towels are provided. These are usually freshly laundered and sealed at the start of your stay. Please indicate if you wish the beds to be made up for your arrival. The 2nd bedroom can be made up for one guest or two. Two coin-operated laundries and two laundry service wash shops are within a few minutes' walk. A fee is added for Linen and towels to be laundered at the end of your stay.

Enjoyable stay in a laid back part of Hua Hin
We had a wonderful six day stay in this condo with a lovely view. We had spent the previous 2.5 weeks in Pattaya and came over on the passenger ferry. The ferry terminal is a short 5-10 minute walk from the condo. The condo was very clean and well equipped and was handy to a number of nice local restaurants/bars, convenience stores and a wat. The area is at the southern end of Hua Hin and is in a quiet area. Songtaews (“baht buses”) are a short walk away however so large malls and central Hua Hin are a short trip away. There is a lovely, large swimming pool at the complex. If you want the beach, it’s a short distance away, next to the ferry terminal. Communications with the owners were very easy and prompt, often instantaneous. The building is very well maintained and secure. You are not in central Hua Hin so, if you’re looking for a party atmosphere, you may want to look for something closer to the centre of town. If you’re looking for a little R & R in a comfortable setting with some smaller restaurants and bars nearby, this is your place.

A clean, well equipped and spacious apartment in a large complex with a superb pool and within walking distance of two beaches and a small number of restaurants. Easy to get into Hua Hin, by taxi or Baht bus, with a wider choice of restaurants and bars.

Great apartment, helpful hosts.
Stayed here for 12 nights with our kids - ideal for what we wanted. A nice apartment with decent sized rooms (king and twin beds) and a good view out to the sea. Excellent location - close to the beach, plenty of restaurants (but avoid Airspace opposite) and 5 minute walk to the bus into town. A real plus is the huge pool in the complex which was never crowded. Good communication with John via email and easy access to the apartment on arrival. Thoroughly recommended.

Best equipped place we've stayed. Good location-near restaurants and beach. Staff were very helpful. Will make positive comments on VRBO. Will recommend you to others. LaGrappa restaurant downtown was excellent!. The other restaurant we really liked was about 2 blocks down-old Thai lady and her waitress spoke quite good English. Thank you! Thank you.

Das Apartement entsprach voll den Angaben bei FeWo-direkt. Der Vermieter hat bei kleinen Problemen und Rückfragen sofort reagiert und uns geholfen. Im Apartement war alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool im Condominium ist schön groß und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man sollte lediglich beachten bei der Buchung, dass das Apartement besonders für Familien mit Kindern geeignet ist, da das 2. Schlafzimmer bedeutend kleiner ist. Einen besonderen Dank an den Vermieter John Larwson und das Personal vom Office!

Nice apartment with a huge swimming pool
I hesitated to go to Khao Takiab but I was happy to be there. It's a quiet area and the beach is near and nice. There are enough restaurants around and some little supermarkets. For more shopping there is a bus that leave you where you want for 10 Baht(15 from 7pm to 9pm) or Tuc-Tuc for 200 Baht to Hua Hin center. If prefer to walk Blueport Mall is at 40mn by foot. Excellent and quick communication with the owner and the Seacraze staff are very heplfull. If you like to swim long distance you will enjoy the large Seacraze swimming pool. The apartment is comfortable with the basic equipment that you need. I enjoyed the balcony and his view in late morning. There is a booklet in the flat that gives usefull information. The bedrooms are East oriented and the blinds are not enough occulting, so you get the sunlight in the morning.
