"Not the first time stay in Hilton, but this time is so disappointed that when I had breakfast, they came to ask me several times to hurry up because they are about to finish, and collected all the dishes when I was eating without saying anything, while other guests were still walking in and starting their breakfast! "This was the 4th hotel I've stayed in on this trip and I was delighted with the unexpected luxury--the best of the lot regardless of price. The room was spacious, with a huge, comfortable king bed. "Turned up with my Expedia confirmation. They had no booking and didn't seem to know who Expedia was. Rang head office but no booking? Nothing I could do except look for another hotel at 10:00pm after traveling for 18 hours. I have a translator so this was not a translation issue. "

"Arrived and had trouble checking in. Took a while, the staff don't know how to register foreigners, only locals. I was given a "non-smoking" room with no windows. Musty, moldy smell but i was only there for one night and had to get out to meet a friend so i didn't fight it.
