"Clean room. Very centralized and close to bus station. There is no daily room tidiness. Limited info provided at check-in, but essentially if you want them to take your trash, you leave it outsidee your door. Super quiet. Shower is small and can get very wet. AC works great. "Located in a convenient location in Hualien. It is a perfect place that is within walking distance to the dongdamen night market and many other day markets around the area. We had a fabulous stay and loved the new modern look of the hotel. The decor and feel of the hotel makes you feel like you're in a building with the French quarter. The owners/operators of the hotel were very attentive and even offered us umbrellas after witnessing us get soaked the first day we arrived. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Lanven Art House when visiting Hualien. The room was clean and very spacious, with a huge soft bed, and lovely bathroom with a deep soaking tub (perfect to unwind after a day at Taroko Gorge). The central location is great, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, and only about 10 minutes walk to the night market. Despite the location, noise was not a concern. What stood out to me the most was the warmth and hospitality shown by the property owners....
