La zona de acampar es bastante segura y bonita, llena de vegetación, el personal fue muy atento. La casa de acampar incluye dos sleeping bags individuales ligeros y dos cobijas acrílicas. Nos parece que deberían mejorar las cobijas, pues olían a humedad y definitivamente no son suficiente para el frío de la zona. Afortunadamente llevábamos una cobija extra en el coche (y aún así pasamos frío). El baño compartido ofrece regaderas con agua caliente y una zona segura para cambiarse. Solo mejorariamos un poco la limpieza y que haya algun jabón para las regaderas. Definitivamente volveríamos, pero mejor preparados.

No tienen personal para atención específica. A la regadera le falta una cortina por lo menos para que no se salga el agua, el sofá está viejo e incómodo, la chimenea no está en función. Lo único bueno es que está detrás del bosque... Las sábanas no las cambian, las toallas son insuficientes y falta limpiar bien, está lleno de polvo. Nos venden una idea del funcionamiento y la realidad es que está muy carente.

Entramos, vimos las horribles condiciones del lugar y nos fuimos. Preferimos perder $6000.00 a quedarnos en ese lugar al que ustedes equivocadamente llaman "hotel". Me sorprende que lo tengan como hotel, porque no lo es. Y me sorprende más que me lo sugieran; de hecho, me ofende que lo hagan, ese lugar no merece ni una estrella!

Excelente ubicación para visitar las diferentes zonas turísticas de huasca, la atención y comunicación fue excelente desde la reservación hasta el check-out, la habitación tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, el lugar es muy tranquilo para descansar, nos dieron cortesías las cuales aprovechamos en el bosque de las truchas.
