I stayed four nights in late April. My room on 3rd floor had a great view of the beach and sunset. Comfy bed, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker all good. Quality Suites Downtown San Luis Obispo
Was surprised to be quoted $20 to check in at 2pm verses early check-in at 2:30pm. Place was empty and rooms available. Construction noise of renovations was also not disclosed at booking.
