"Friendly staff. Great location. Quiet. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, groceries. Wifi was a bit weak at times. Clean and comfortable, could use some maintenance in the suites. Good value."

"Pay cash onsite or wire transfer. Copy of your passport needed. WhatsApp if you need anything. Honestly, we did not see any other groups checked in. Full kitchen and mini fridge. They were friendly. Pool needs to be cleaned out but view is nice. Parking is for public but they said they had security onsite. Never saw them. No wifi. Parking is included. Location is good but currently off season. Just felt sketchy and deserted."

"Well located 2 bedroom apt could easily walk to beach or townupstairs bathroom had really low ceiling's and there were only 4 glasses in the pantry no cupsNeeded to buy a cutting board & knife at grocery store around the corner to prep food.Pool area was kinda sketchy but water was cleanNice balcony area with drying rack"

"We enjoyed our stay .Jorge (Property Manager)is very quick to respond to any requests or problems, in saying that we found that the cleanliness is not to our standards and Informed Jorge that his maids are not doing a good job cleaning ! As we have stayed at many different condo’s in Huatulco and found the maids do outstanding cleaning. The condo was just like the pictures and kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable but could use a bedspread or light blanket.I also suggested numbers...

"Condo was comfortable and had everything you needed for a great stay. Beds and couches were comfy and kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Outdoor patio was huge and a great place to relax. It’s a nice condo building in a great location walkable to beaches restaurants and shopping Would stay again"

"Pool area too small Cleaning could use improvement very poor lighting in the bathrooms Rooster crowing and Dogs barking in the lot next to us everyday starting from 3:15am on.On a good note it was very close to restuarants and just around the corner from grocery store 15 minute walk to Santa Cruz beach 10 minutes to Chahue beach.The unit was very spacious"
