Lovely 4-bedroom estate in brilliant Owings Mills
23 miles from John Hopkins
2/10 Terrible
"Thirteen nights of sleeping with our coats because there was no heat. Hours waiting for repair men; invading our vacation time. Showering in cold water due to lack of heating oil. House sits on a well and our hand turned orange from the lack of maintenance. Water smelled of sulfur so we had to buy many bottles of water during our stay. We had to ask for hand towels, because initially, there were none. On the whole it was the worst experience we have had through a VRBO vacation. At least we got a small portion of our money back from VRBO. Mr Wilson refused to give us any refund and was not truthfull. This property should be removed from VRBO because it does not meet VRBO's standards. The experience was very upsetting. I have booked many properties with VRBO in the past and nearly always have been very satisfied. I hope this is an anomaly. The kitchen is lovely."
